Project Conditions: Needed to maximize facility gaming area on "Trust" Land.
Problem: Existing casino is in the middle of "Trust" Land and client wants to maintain operation of existing machines.
Solution: Vision Building Systems constructed a Structure over top of the existing casino to the complete perimeter of the "Trust" Land.
Advantages:
Operation of the casino was maintained without closure.
Addition of over 300 more machines were added.
Created excitement for loyal customers to watch the growth of the facility.
Revenue during construction was at an all time high!
Challenges:
Construction cost increases during restricted work hours for crews.
Construction timeline longer than anticipated.
Logistics of unconventional construction methods difficult to predict.
"It started out where we wanted 3,000 square feet for adding some more machines. Vision Building Systems and casino staff came up with some ideas suggesting what might be possible. Covering the maximum amount possible of the "Trust" Land that has the right to have gaming on it was the best answer for us. We continued our gaming operation without closing down and Vision Building Systems and JE Dunn Construction built right over the top of everything while we still continued to run our facility! The overall project expansion is now almost 22,000 square feet total and we are going to add as many gaming machines as we can. We are also upgrading our kitchen, and designed a beautiful interior to the entire facility.
