TITAN®Series
Building Features The TITAN building offers tremendous strength and durability in a massive clear-span space, and is designed to meet the needs of large operations. Engineered for use world-wide and rated for wind and snow loads, TITAN buildings maintain structural integrity even under unbalanced conditions. Extensive ongoing tests of the engineering and individual components ensure that each structural part is complimentary in weight and strength and, in combination, create a sound, secure steel framework TITAN buildings can be fully constructed in just weeks.
Models and Sizes Available TITAN buildings are available in widths from 40 to 160 feet (12.1m to 48.7m), and can be manufactures to any length. The modular design allows you to extend the building at any time to meet your changing needs. Engineer-sealed drawings are available for all TITAN models ensuring building integrity is certified and satisfying local codes and permit requirements. Individual custom drawings are also available.
TBS Series 2 – Widths: 40', 50', 60', 70', 80', 90', 100' (12.1m, 15.2m, 18.2m, 21.3m, 24.3m, 27.4m, 30.4m) Constructed of welded truss arches with parallel 3” (8.8cm) square steel tubes spaced 32” (81.2cm) apart and strengthened by 1.66” (4.2cm) diameter structural webbing.
TBS Series 3 – Widths: 70', 80', 90', 100', 110', 120', 130', 140' (21.3m, 24.3m, 27.4m, 30.4m, 33.5m, 36.5m, 39.6m, 42.6m) Constructed of welded truss arches with parallel 4” (10.1cm) square steel tubes spaced 32” (81.2cm) apart and strengthened by 1.9” (4.8cm) diameter structural webbing.
TBS Series 4 - 90', 100', 110', 120', 130', 140', 150', 160', (27.4m, 30.4m, 33.5m, 36.5m, 39.6m, 42.6m, 45.7m, 48.7m) Constructed of welded truss arches with parallel 5” (12.7cm) square steel tubes spaced 42” (106.6cm) apart and strengthened by 2 3/8” (6.0cm) diameter structural webbing.
Main structural support trusses are continuous from the ground seal to the peak and manufactured so no eave exists (eaves available upon request). There are no exterior purlins and the structure is completely clear-span with no interior supports.
