Darcy Dahlem
Darcy Dahlem started his career building large agricultural and industrial buildings in Canada before relocating the business to Las Vegas in 1998.  Over the years the business has grown rapidly, including the diversity of our customer base.

Darcy recognized early on the need that a high quality, steel framed fabric skinned structure could fill.  Rapid deployment and completion of a structure at a cost savings over conventional buildings was something very few others offered.  Being able to do this literally anywhere in the country with a steel framed structure that is fully code compliant as permanent construction is very unique.

A graduate of the University of North Dakota with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, Darcy was also an academic all conference athlete as kicker and punter.  He was an instrumental part of the 1993 conference champion team for UND.  He went on to play professionally with the Saskatchewan Rough Riders of the CFL, and has coached numerous youth football and soccer teams.

In 1998 Darcy was a founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization in Las Vegas, and a board member from 1999-2003.  


Jeff Dalton
Jeff has over 20 years of commercial construction experience, and a degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.  Jeff has held roles starting as a field engineer on complex concrete structures up to executive leadership with a large commercial contractor.  While working for a general contractor, Jeff was instrumental in selecting the Vision Building Systems solution for a client and then managing the project to a successful completion.  This success led to a number of collaborations with Darcy, and recently Jeff joined Vision Building Systems as Director of Construction.  Jeff oversees the operations and project management ensuring our clients receive the highest quality structures, delivered on time and on budget.  


Willy Llamosa
Willy came to Vision Building Systems with a strong background in commercial construction working for large specialty subcontractors.  As a key member of the Vision team Willy coordinates directly with our manufacturing and design teams to ensure timely delivery of product.  Willy directly manages our projects and works hand in hand with Jeff to ensure the success of every job.  Willy also coordinates all after completion services.  When we complete a project, we are not done.  Willy maintains contact with our clients to ensure the building is performing as desired, and when necessary will dispatch a technician to assist the owner in any adjustments or regular maintenance needed.  

Willy has a bachelor degree in engineering and telecommunications, as well as a master’s of business administration.  He is an avid soccer player and fan and particularly enjoys following his native Peru national team.  


Samantha Walker
Samantha is Marketing Director, but does a whole lot more.  With a background in sales, event planning, management, education, and customer relations she is an integral member of our management team.  Samantha initiates our strategic development and long range business development plans, as well as coordinates our marketing.  Just a few of her duties include:
    Brochure and sales literature development
    Proposal development
    Sales and customer tracking
    Client communications and web site initiatives
As Darcy’s “right hand,” she is integral to the success of the company, and the satisfaction of our customers.


Arleen Talplacido
As our financial and administrative manager, Arleen is critical in keeping Vision Building Systems current on all licensing, insurance, and compliance issues.  She manages the financial services and contracts, as well as certificates of insurance, compliance with gaming regulations, and other state and city licensing.  


Henning Dahlem
With over 40 years of legal experience Henning attends to legal matters including purchases and sales, leases, liens, sales taxes, general construction law, warranty and insurance issues, and legal issues relating to strategic development of the company.
